We recognize that women have a tremendous amount of responsibility in their day to day lives and that can be overwhelming. It happens to all of us. We are women. We have families and careers and we know what it is like. When something goes wrong-the kids are sick, our relationship starts to fall apart, our job is stressing us out-we can barely hold on. We start to fear that we will "lose it". We all feel like that. It's okay. We get it.
